Using the most advanced bonding technology, IRC is able to perform hot and cold vulcanization of rubber linings with thicknesses from 1/16th to 2 in a variety of industrial situations.
Available in a variety of rubber types, these linings extend equipment life and provide solutions for the toughest abrasion and corrosion applications, extreme chemical environments and severe wear situations.
A skilled and flexible workforce is available to service and install in plant or in the field.

Rubber Moldings
IRC is an industry leader in rubber moldings and rubber extrusions. Our well-equipped plant, with press pressure of up to 300 tons, and an array of specialized extrusion presses and computer controlled rubber molding presses, works with a full variety of rubber types including natural rubber, SBR, Neoprene and Blended Rubber.
Our patented bonding processes, and specially trained workforce guarantees our clients in industries like mining and defense keeps returning for the top quality products they count on every day.

IRC has developed capabilities in bonding urethane and ceramic coatings for a variety of industrial clients requiring the application of these specialized surfaces.

Conveyor Belts
From its warehouse in Bathurst, IRC inventories and distributes a complete line of finished heavy and light duty conveyors manufactured by Goodyear and Habisit.
From 2 to 126 our knowledgeable and experienced sales team can also provide you with onsite repair and installation.

Hoses and Fittings
IRC also distributes and services a full line of hoses and a complete line of fittings and couplings used in a variety of industrial settings. Hoses for air, water, petroleum, discharge and suction, from sizes 1/4 to diameters of 24 are available directly from the IRC warehouse.
